What We Collect

When you apply for membership we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth (for tournament flighting purposes only), gender, location, and optional golf information (GHIN number, handicap index).

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message contents, including any file you attach.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to administer membership (dues, statuses, renewals), to register you for club tournaments, and to respond to your inquiries. Date of birth is used exclusively for tournament flighting.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Photos published in the club gallery are reviewed by club officers before albums go live.

Retention

Membership records are retained while your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing the club.
